WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.
- We only accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card)
- Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. There is no sales tax charged for orders shipped outside of California
- We only ship within the U.S. Sorry, no international at this time.
- Orders received before 2 PM PST will ship out the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Returns must be made within 14 days and be accompanied by a receipt. The product has to include all original packaging and be in brand new unworn or unused condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. Once we've received your returned item in new and unworn condition we will refund your credit card for the total cost of the item purchased excluding shipping. The fastest way to initiate a return is to call the shop during store hours for approval (408)995-0677, you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
